For the LOVE of mud.
I have always been a mud lovin girl! I have grown up in this little city of Uniontown, PA my whole life. I grew up in gumboots stomping around creeks looking for crayfish in the mud.
I won a pottery competition at the age of 8 in elementary school. That moment changed my life. I got to meet a ceramic artist after writing a paper about him. I had the best paper in my class, so I won a piece of his work. I have kept that little trinket tray my entire life. When I made it to high school, I truly found my passion for clay. I had become known by the end of school to be the mud-covered girl. Tracking clay wherever I walked.
